profisis software package provides prediction of protein-protein interaction sites from sequence, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install profisis
profisis is installed in your system.
Make ensure the profisis package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep profisis *
You will get with profisis package name, version, architecture and description in a table
